Terms of service.

Welcome to Tia Productions. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of photography services, including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, product photography, and photo editing. These services may be subject to additional terms or agreements, which will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website upon consultation of a date and time.

  • A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payments are accepted via debit card, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If you are acquiring additional time during your shoot you will be required to pay any additional fees that accommodates the time.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and timely information regarding the details of your photography session.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the agreed-upon location on time.

  • Any location, personal, or property damage caused during the session is the client’s responsibility.

  • If you or your guests act inappropriately, fail to cooperate, or disrupt the session, we reserve the right to end the session early, with no refund.

  • If you or guests damage any property of Tia Productions or studio assigned you will be held responsible for any damage fees.

4. Image Rights & Usage

  • By booking a photography session, you grant us the right to use the images taken for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients may request specific image rights for personal use, such as printing or sharing. These rights are granted upon full payment of services.

  • All images, prints, and materials provided are copyrighted and owned by Tia Productions. Unauthorized reproduction or use of images without written permission is prohibited.

    5. Delivery of Images

    • Digital images will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon expedited service.

    • Delivery may be made through an online gallery, email, USB drive.

    • Physical prints and products will be delivered within 1-2  weeks upon request.

    6. Liability

    • We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your session.

    • While we take great care in preserving and handling your images, we are not liable for the loss of images due to technical issues, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of an image loss, we will offer a reshoot or refund at our discretion.

    7. Privacy

    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will only use your information for the purposes of fulfilling your booking, communicating with you, and delivering services.

    8. Modifications to Terms

    We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts.
